Mexican Wave Combo (Big enough for 2 to share)
A feast of smoked, plump chicken winglets, barbecue spare ribs and two potato skins filled with chilli and a cheese and bacon sauce. All served on a platter of onion rings with 1/2 a corn on the cob, salad garnish, barbecue sauce and garlic mayonnaise.

House Special Chicken Winglets
Wings and middles, coated in our own mesquite smoked barbecue sauce. Served with a salad garnish and lime vinaigrette.

Half A Rack Of Ribs
Half a rack of tender baby back ribs, grilled and then coated in our mesquite smoked barbecue sauce. Served with a side salad and coleslaw.

Sweet Chilli Ribs
Half a rack of tender baby back ribs, grilled and then coated in sweet chilli sauce. Served with a side salad and coleslaw.

Loaded Potato Skins (v)
Three deep fried potato longboat skins, filled with chilli, sour cream, chives and a cheese and bacon sauce. Served on a bed of lettuce with lime vinaigrette.

Jalapeno Poppers (v)
Jalapeno chillies filled with cream cheese and coated in breadcrumbs and then deep fried. Served with a salad garnish and a red pepper jam.

Tender corn dowsed with melted butter

Quesadilla (starter) (v)
A grilled flour tortilla filled with cheese, jalapenos and spring onions, topped with homemade salsa and sour cream. Served with a salad garnish with lime vinaigrette.

Crayfish and Mango Quesadilla (starter)
A grilled flour tortilla filled with succulent crayfish tails and fresh mango, topped with homemade salsa and sour cream. Served with a salad garnish with lime vinaigrette.

 

Salads
All our salads are served in an edible tortilla shell and garlic bread.

Mexican Chicken Salad
Strips of chicken with peppers and sweet corn in a yoghurt, lime juice and Mexican style dressing.

Vegetarian Fajita Salad (v)
Baby corn, mushrooms, peppers, mange tout, onions, courgettes, fine beans with sour cream and chives.

House special nachos topped with melted cheese, guacamole, salsa sauce, sour crème, jalapeno peppers and fresh coriander.

Nachos Con Pollo
The same as our other popular nachos starter but topped with spicy chicken, cheese and homemade salsa, guacamole, sour cream, jalapenos and fresh coriander.

Nachos Con Carne
Try it with our homemade chilli and melted cheese, topped with our own salsa, guacamole, sour cream, jalapenos and fresh coriander.

Crisp corn chips loaded with prawns and melted cheese, topped with homemade salsa, guacamole, sour cream, jalapenos and fresh coriander.

 

Traditional Main Courses

Chilli De La Casa (medium hot or very hot for the brave!)
House chilli made with tender beer marinated steak, red kidney beans, topped with cheese and fresh coriander. Served with Mexican rice in an edible tortilla shell.

Chimichanga (v)
A large flour tortilla filled with either chilli beef, spicy chicken or spicy vegetables and cheese, deep fried and then topped with guacamole, salsa picante, sour cream and cheese, all served with Mexican rice and refried beans.

Burritos (v)
Two flour tortillas filled with cheese, lettuce and a choice of chilli beef, spicy chicken or refried beans. This is then baked and topped with salsa, sour cream and fresh coriander. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans.

Taco Shells (v)
Build your own taco platter. 4 Taco shells with a selection of fillings including chilli beef, cheese, sour cream, refried beans, salsa sauce, jalapeno peppers and lettuce.

Enchiladas (v)
A large flour tortilla filled with either steak, spicy chicken or spicy vegetables. Topped with melted cheese and enchilada sauce and served with sour cream, Mexican rice and refried beans.

Mexican Garlic Chicken
Chicken Supreme stuffed with garlic butter and mild chillies, then coated in spicy breadcrumbs. Served with jacket wedges, onion rings and side salad.

Rack Of Ribs
A rack of tender baby back ribs, grilled and then coated in our mesquite smoked barbecue sauce. Served with chips, onion rings and side salad.

 

Quesadilla (v)

A grilled flour tortilla filled with cheese, jalapenos and spring onions, topped with homemade salsa and sour cream. Served with a salad garnish with lime vinaigrette. Filled with one of the following;

A choice of the above cooked with peppers, mushrooms and onions. Served on a sizzling skillet, garnished with lime juice and fresh coriander. Fajitas come served with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, jalapeno peppers, chiffonade lettuce and 4 warm tortillas.

Vegetarian Fajitas (v)

Cooked as above but with marinated vegetables, baby corn, green beans, mange-tout and courgettes.

Mexican Sirloin - Juicy sirloin topped with jalapenos and cheese.
Dicks Mixed Grill – 8oz steak, 2 sausages, ½ BBQ ribs, ½ corn on the cob and mushrooms.
Chicken Supreme – Served with sour cream.
Acapulco Chicken – Chicken Supreme wrapped in bacon, topped with melted cheese and jalapenos.
Salmon Steak – Chargrilled fresh salmon steak with a hollandaise sauce. Served with jacket wedges or chips, onion rings, lemon marinated mushrooms and side salad.

All of the above are available plain grilled or Cajun spiced and are served with jacket wedges or chips, onion rings, lemon marinated mushrooms and a salad garnish with our own lime vinaigrette.
